Ricardo is an excellent worker. Meticulous, trustworthy and well organized, he finished the basement of my house including new floors, walls, room separations, kitchen, washroom, plumbing and staircase. He is very quick and gives good advice. I recommend to all.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had the chance to benefit from Arruda Renovations Plus expertise right at the beginning of 2 renovation projects and to execute both projects.
First one was for a full bathroom renovation and second one (motivated by our great satisfaction with the first project) was for a full kitchen renovation including removal of a bearing wall, vents, plumbing, new hardwood floors, lights, gypse, tiles, painting, cabinet installation, design (name it). Mr. Arruda Costa supported us during the planning phase and during the project execution to ensure our objectives would meet our budget frame. I was impressed by his professionalism, expertise, time management and how he was attached to details and neatness. I believe it was their last contract in Montreal before moving to Vancouver and I wish they would still be here since we have another project we'd like to complete in hour house.

Ricardo was a very friendly and professional man. He worked on two kitchen backslashes and I was so pleased of the outcome. He explained his process and made sure he was clear on what I wanted. Having other previous tile work done by someone else I was able to compare and Ricardo's was far the best. No mess...covered my new counter tops...in one day, and out the other. Ricardo did a complete reno on our girls’ bathroom. We are very picky clients. Ricardo was professional and easy to work with. Great listener and eager to please. The level of quality was top-notch and when a minor error was made he came out on a weekend to take care of it. We have worked with contractors before and have never experienced this level of ease and professionalism in a project. We will be using Ricardo again for our future renos and have no hesitation in recommending him.
